Customer-Initiated Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order (only if the item has not yet been prepared).
• Prepared or in-progress orders cannot be cancelled.
Coffee Flow-Initiated Cancellations
Coffee Flow may cancel an order if:
• The item is unavailable or out of stock
• Payment issues occur
• Technical errors affect the order
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
In such cases, any payment collected will be refunded.
Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food or beverages once the order has been picked up or delivered.
However, we will gladly replace your order if:
• You received the wrong item
• There is an issue with quality or preparation
• The product is damaged or spilled upon pickup (with proof)
Refunds or replacements must be requested within 30 minutes of receiving your order, along with a receipt or order confirmation.
• Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• Store credit may be offered when a refund is not applicable.
• Points earned through the Coffee Flow Reward Program have no cash value.
• Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
• Coffee Flow may modify or discontinue the reward system at any time.
• We strive to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information.
• Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must notify staff or check product details before ordering.
• Coffee Flow is not liable for allergic reactions if information was not reviewed by the customer.

• Coffee Flow provides one (1) complimentary 220ml bottle of water with every purchased product, including coffee, iced drinks, and mocktails.
• Complimentary water is limited to one bottle per order/item purchased and is NOT FOR SALE.
• Complimentary water cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into cash, points, or discounts.
• Coffee Flow reserves the right to modify or discontinue this complimentary offer at any time.
• Coffee Flow offers free delivery within a 2-kilometer radius from our store.
• Delivery beyond 2 kilometers may include additional charges depending on distance and location.
• Delivery times may vary based on order volume, traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Coffee Flow is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
• Once an order is delivered, it is considered completed and non-returnable (except for quality issues).
